If You See Something, Say Something!
March 24, 2008

So I was merrily driving towards the parking lot at the Kenny G concert last night, when I came across THIS SIGN:

…I knew I should have brought the Lexus.  What the hell was I thinking driving my Infiniti?!

Captcha?
March 23, 2008

MySpace makes life more difficult, and I’m not even talking about the stalking or annoying phishers or advertising.  I’m talking about editing your OWN page or leaving comments.  You are sometimes prompted with what is called a “captcha.”

Why does it have to swirl?  I had to type the damn thing for 3 different “captchas” before [...]

Happy Easter!
March 23, 2008

Remember: we didn’t kill Christ.  The Romans did!  But if you would like to blame someone, Mel Gibson is always an option.

LiLo remakes MaMo?
February 19, 2008

Lindsay Lohan recently posed, or reposed as Marilyn Monroe for New York Magazine.  I don’t know.  I’m still pulling for Lindsay circa Mean Girls to make her big return.

The rest of the pictures from the shoot can be found here c/o The Superficial,  but be warned: they are NSFWOM (not suitable for work or mom!)

84 Day Jane
February 13, 2008

Well, it seems that the blogosphere still has a bit of moral fiber.  90 Day Jane was shut down.  I wonder if this lets her off the hook and allows her to accept the media offers she was propositioned with.  Or if she is still going to kill herself…

I was about to say, “I guess [...]

90 Day Jane
February 12, 2008

Via Gawker, I was directed to a blog called “90 Day Jane,” which is basically the day-to-day coverage of the last 90 days of this girl’s life before she kills herself. She says she is doing this because our generation’s worst problem is “how to beat Halo 3″ and so she wants to [...]

Happy Super Fat Tuesday!
February 5, 2008

The poll charts keep going up and down. Hopefully the up is for Obama and the down is for Huckabee, but I’m trying to not sound biased.
Something also going up and down — actually, mainly up — are my blog views. Though, I find it totally impossible for OVER 700 people to have [...]

Valentine Application
February 2, 2008

With the dreaded holiday coming right around the corner, I had facetiously decided to implement an application in order to find the right Valentine. I wasn’t going to go through with it, but a friend of mine created one for me that was pretty perfect. So here you have it, the Valentine Application, [...]

365 Days of Craig’s List
January 31, 2008

I’m implementing a new article that I would one day like to turn into a column or book proposal. Opinions please?

What do you think of when you think Craig’s List? Job listings? Used furniture for sale? Apartments? Those were the only things I would rather have associated the website with. [...]

Crank Dat, Tinky Winky!
January 30, 2008

My life just reached its pinnacle. The Teletubbies are below, doing the Soulja Boy dance.

I can die a happy girl.
